How We Work

From the First Message to the Finished Piece

Every commission follows a clear path, with defined stages and constant communication. This way, we avoid surprises and ensure the final result matches exactly what you're looking for.

01

Initial Consultation

You tell us what you need: a garment, an outfit, an image consultation, or a special project. We define the scope, materials, and estimated timelines.

02

Design and Proposal

We prepare sketches, choose fabrics, and define construction details. We present a clear proposal with options so you can adjust whatever you prefer.

03

Construction

Our workshop crafts the piece with attention to every seam and finish. We keep you updated on progress and coordinate fittings when needed.

04

Fitting and Adjustments

We check the fit and details on your body. We make the necessary corrections so the garment feels comfortable and looks impeccable.

05

Delivery and Follow-Up

You receive your piece ready to wear, with care instructions. We remain available for any follow-up questions or future commissions.

Every project has its own story. We invite you to see how we think through every detail in our work proposal.

Work Options

Services and formats to support your project

Each service is designed for a different stage of the process: from the first idea to the finished piece. Here we detail what each format includes and in which cases it is best to choose it.

Comprehensive Image Consulting

A complete service that begins with a wardrobe assessment, continues with defining a personal color palette, and ends with a concrete shopping plan. It involves three sessions, with email follow-up between meetings.

  • Color and morphology analysis
  • Garment review and decluttering
  • Prioritized shopping list

Personal Shopper for Occasions

For specific events: a wedding, an interview, a trip, or a presentation. We define the dress code, pre-select options in three stores, and accompany you during the final fitting. Includes a report with tailoring and accessory suggestions.

  • Pre-selection based on context
  • In-store accompaniment
  • Alterations and backup plan

Capsule Wardrobe Renewal

For those who want to reduce their closet without losing style. We build a base of 25 to 30 garments that mix and match, identify the missing pieces, and deliver a visual document with possible outfit combinations.

  • Inventory and garment editing
  • Outfit combination guide
  • Seasonal shopping list

Remote Service

All consultations can be done via video call, with photos and measurements sent in advance. This option is useful for those who live outside Buenos Aires or prefer to work with their own clothes without traveling. The process is the same: you receive a working document before each session and a summary of the agreements at the end.

Support materials remain available for follow-up questions for thirty days. If a question arises about a garment or a purchase, you can email us and we will respond within 48 business hours.

Single Consultation Session

A ninety-minute meeting to resolve a specific question: what to wear for an interview, how to style a difficult garment, or whether it is worth investing in a particular piece. You receive a written summary with recommendations and a list of suggested stores or tailors.

Ideal for those who already have a clear style but need a specific second opinion.

Online Shopping Assistance

For those who prefer to shop from home. We put together a selection of garments available in local stores with delivery, review the size charts, and have a video call to decide together before confirming the purchase. Includes returns for items that do not work out.

Designed for those who do not have time to visit physical stores or live in cities with limited options.

A service that adapts to your starting point

Not all projects start the same way. That is why each format can be adjusted in duration and depth. If you are not sure which one to choose, the first conversation is free and serves to define the scope, timeline, and budget before committing to a plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

What people usually ask before getting started

Straight answers about how we work, what each format includes, and what to expect in the first steps. No jargon or fine print.

How is the scope of a project defined?

We start with a conversation about the context: what you need, who it's for, and what timeline you're looking at. From there, we put together a plan with clear stages, concrete deliverables, and review checkpoints. There are no closed packages that can't be adjusted.

Do you work with clients from all over the country?

Yes. Most meetings are held via video call, and daily communication happens through email or messaging. For projects that require it, we also arrange in-person meetings in Buenos Aires and other cities. Distance doesn't change the process.

What information do you need from me to get started?

It depends on the type of work. For an image consulting project, a description of your activity and some visual references are enough. For an editorial or content project, we ask for examples of texts you like and an idea of the topics you want to cover. We build the rest together.

How long does a typical project take?

A one-off project can be completed in two or three weeks. Longer support processes, such as developing an editorial line or a personal branding strategy, usually span between two and four months. In the first meeting, we give you a realistic estimate based on your case.

What's the difference between a consultation and ongoing support?

A consultation is a defined piece of work: we set an objective, develop it, and deliver a concrete result. Ongoing support involves regular meetings, progress tracking, and adjustments along the way. It's the right option when the goal is evolving or needs sustained backing over time.

How do you handle the confidentiality of information?

Everything you share during the process is covered by a confidentiality agreement. We don't use material from one client for another, and internal drafts are stored privately. If you need a specific non-disclosure contract, we'll sign it without any issue.
